Cazzullo's comments come amidst celebrations for one of Italy's greatest sporting achievements, the recent victory by the national football team at the European Championship.

"It's disappointing to see that someone who has benefited from so much support from their country does not feel the obligation to contribute back by paying their fair share of taxes," Cazzullo wrote in the Corriere della Sera newspaper.
