Foley & Lardner Litigator Joins Brewers Roster as Legal Chief
Longtime MLB Counsel Roles with Diamondbacks, Padres
Foley & Lardner LLP announced today that Kenneth A. Rosenthal has joined the firm’s Milwaukee office as a partner in its Litigation Practice. Rosenthal was most recently senior vice president, legal & government affairs for the Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club. Before that, he held similar roles with the San Diego Padres and Arizona Diamondbacks.
“Ken has a deep understanding of the legal and business issues that sports organizations face, and he has a proven track record of providing strategic advice to senior executives and owners,” said Foley partner and Litigation Practice Leader Jay Cohen. “His experience and insights will be invaluable to our clients in the sports industry and beyond.”
Adding to the Team
Rosenthal’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including antitrust, class actions, intellectual property, and employment matters. He also has extensive experience in sports law, including advising on player contracts, league rules, and collective bargaining agreements.

Rosenthal earned his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, and his B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles.
